Clarinets play in treble clef.
Yes, you can play a guitar through a bass amp, but the sound may not be ideal as bass amps are designed to emphasize lower frequencies.
To play the bass buttons on an accordion, you use your left hand to press the buttons while using your right hand to play the melody on the keyboard. Pressing a bass button produces a single bass note or chord, which you can combine with the melody to create music.

To play the clarinet, first assemble the instrument by connecting the pieces. Hold the clarinet with your left hand on top and your right hand on the bottom. Place your fingers on the keys and use your mouth to blow air into the mouthpiece while pressing the keys to create different notes. Practice breathing techniques and finger coordination to improve your playing.

A clarinet is a woodwind instrument. Benny Goodman used to play it.
The beatles used two clarinets and 1 bass clarinet in the song "when I'm 64" Supertramp also used a clarinet in the 1979 songs "Breakfast In America" and "Take The Long Way Home". Muse did a song in 2009 titled "I belong to you" and in the song there is a beautiful bass clarinet solo, you can find the solo in Bb clarinet on youtube if you do not play bass clarinet. The song is off of their album "The Resistance" and I highly recomend listening to it :)

I do not know about Lester Young. However I saw "Benny Goodman's b-flat clarinet" in the music instrument hall of the Metropolitan museum in NY City about 10 years ago. One would imagine it's still there in its glass case, looking really superb just like its owner used to play.
The bass clarinet is a woodwind cause it requires you to blow into it to play.
Bass clarinets play in orchestras because orchestras sometimes play pieces that are scored for bass clarinet, or have bass clarinet parts in it. One example of a piece like that is The Rite Of Spring, by Igor Stravinsky. It has significant solos and duets by the bass clarinet, and "the show cannot go on" without the bass clarinet. But most pieces, do not have bass clarinet parts, so the bass clarinet is rarely seen in orchestras today.
yes, but its probably very difficult all of the fingerings and notes are the same on a bass clarinet as a regular clarinet. i played clarinet 2 and a half year before i switched to bass clarinet. i would recomend at leay 1 year of beginers lessons before playing the bass clarinet
