He believed that the state did not want change. And that if South America turned into a republican form of government that the state would fall apart because they would not have someone in charge.
Simon Bolivar was a revolutionary leader in South America's quest for independence from colonial powers. He was an admirer of the American Revolution, although he did not believe that American style democracy would function in South America. He was staunchly opposed to slavery.
Spanish and Portuguese I believe.
I do not believe that Simon Bolivar would have done anything to harm his people. Simon believed that Latin America should have a Democratic Republic like the U.S. Simon succeeded (sort of) in some countries but they were quickly brought down because of the leaders selfishness.
I believe that it started in Central America -- Granada, Nicaragua (95% positive)

This is an opinion question. The answer could be yes OR no, depending on who is asked. Some foolish people use the word American to refer solely to the United States. Yes. Simón Bolívar, El Liberador, is one of the great heroes in the history of America. He is the central figure in the struggle to end Spanish colonial rule in the New World. No, he only contributed to Latin American History by liberating countries from their original parent countries. I believe that Simon Bolivar did contribute to American History, or rather, world history. Without Simon Bolivar Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Panama, and Bolivar would still be owned by Spain, meaning there would not have the right to be free. They would have to follow Spain's laws and do what they were told. For example; when the United States was owned by England, they were required to pay England's tax. Simon bolivar did many things in his 47 yearsof living. For one he was 1st president of Ecuador. He also was the greatst military figure in south America. he was a military leader a statesman and a good man
The government should play a large role in the economy.

I believe that it is Spanish for "environment."
