Carter's dad only allows two days a year with Sadie in "The Red Pyramid" book because he fears that their connection to the Egyptian gods could put them in danger, and wants to protect them from that world. He believes limiting their time together will keep them safe from the dangers of the magical world they are connected to.
In "The Red Pyramid," the two gifts Sadie received from her dad were a necklace with two silver charms—an ankh and a tjet symbolizing life and protection.
it is about how carter and his dad made their trip to visit his daughter and how his dad blew up the Rosseta Stone while trying to get his wife from the dead. he died in the explosion leaving sadie and carter as orphans. They live with their uncle amos and his big mansion.
After their dad was imprisoned, sadie is taken by the police and put in with her cat. She is then questioned by the police.
Carter and Sadie Kane are British siblings and the main characters of Rick Riordan's, "The Kane Chronicles". Carter is 14 and Sadie 12 at the start of the series. The children are hosting the Egyptian gods Horus and Isis, and must find their dad who is a captive of Set.
First of all Carter and his dad travel the world. Carters dad is an egyptologist Carters thinks that, but ever since his mom died his dad has actually is looking for the right artifact to summon Egyptian gods. But his dad does not know what will happen for sure and releases 5 gods from there stone prison. One of the gods was Set, A very mean god. Set trapped Carter's father in a golden sarcophagus and it went back into the ground burring him alive under a magic seal. Carter and Sadie (Carters sister) get sent to the US with Julius's (Carter and Sadie's dad) friend. There he teaches them magic and something happens to his home. You'll have to read this amazing book 2 find out ;D so yup HAVE FUN :D Hope i helped!
Carter and Sadie bring the red pyramid to Washington D.C. because the desert is part of Set's power source. Sadie says his secret name and instead of killing him, she banishes him to the duat saying for he can never harm the Kane family again. Once Set is gone Carter rushes to Zia's side (she had been hurt during the battle). Carter holds Zia and tell her that everything will be OK when a tear streaked down her face. Zia said "Take her to the mall...on a date, a real date. She would like that." Then she turned to dust and a little blue orb floated away. That really upset carter! They returned to Brooklyn House and repaired it, got offered to rule ma'at, and found out that their dad was Osiris. Carter and Sadie start a program and send out a message to all of the kids that are blood of the Pharaohs to train and learn how to use their powers.
So that Set can help Saidie and Carter defeat Aposis and save the world plus save Carter's dad; Juillies.
The main characters' (Sadie and Carter Kane) mom died and they had to be separated at age six. (Sadie with grandparents and Carter with dad) Since then, their dad has been gloomy and looking for a way to "Set things right". At a museum, Mr. Kane tries a spell to bring his wife back to life, but just ends up more trouble, but this time, Mr. Kane is trapped too And that's just the main problem, if you want more detailed problems, the book has loads of them! The main problem is Carter and Sadie trying to defeat Set and to release Uncle Amos from Set's possession. Unlike what that guy said. ^^^^^^^ :P

It's about two kids; a brother and sister who are separated when their mother dies. Carter travels with his father and his younger sister Sadie stays in England with her grandparents. Then, their father abruptly needs to go to the British museum. He releases the five major Egyptian gods. Sadie and Carter unknowingly host two of them and have to stop the god of chaos, Set.It is about Carter and Sadie Going on an adventure to save their Dad From Set In the Red Pyramid. The Red Pyramid is about siblings Carter and Sadie Kane who were raised separately (Carter by their father, Julius Kane, a famous Egyptologist, all over the world, and Sadie by their grandparents on their deceased mother's side, in England). The story begins when they're on one of their semi-annual visit, in which their father takes them to the British Museum where he blows up the Rosetta Stone, awakening five of the Ancient Egyptian Gods (Osiris, Horus, Set, Isis, and Nephthys) each of which choosing a human in the building to host their spirit. As Julius embodies the soul of the god Osiris, the god Set traps him in a coffin that sinks into the ground. During the aftermath of the explosion, Sadie is deported from the country and both siblings are taken to their Uncle Amos Kane's mansion in Brooklyn. Their they meet Khufu the baboon, Phillip the albino crocodile, and find out that they are descended from not only the Ancient Egyptian Pharaohs, but Egyptian magicians as well. I won't add much more, because I might just end up ruining the whole book, but anyway, on from that point it's a journey across the US and a few other countries to save their Dad and stop Set before he ends up dominating the world.
