Firestar's Quest is a super edition, or a stand-alone adventure. It's not in any series. But chronologically, it takes place after The Darkest Hour and before Midnight. In other words, it takes place in between the first and second series. If you want to read more about SkyClan, you can read Cloudstar's Journey, which is about his journey to the gorge with the banished SkyClan. You can SkyClan's Destiny, which is about Leafstar a year after SkyClan is rebuilt. There is also Ravenpaw's Farewell. In this book Ravenpaw takes Barley's nieces to SkyClan when they say they want to be apprentices. After Ravenpaw's Farewell there is Hawkwing's Journey in which SkyClan needs to be pieced back together without Firestar's help.

Yes but only temporarily. She later then became Sharpclaw's apprentice in Firestar's Quest. Its not the Cherrykit in Thunderclan who people might think will become Cherrytail and Firestar's apprentice but the kittypet who joins Skyclan who is know as Cherrytail in Skyclan's Destiny. Her brother is Sparrowpelt who was know as Boris as a kittypet.
What about Skyclan?
Long ago after the cats made clans Thunderclan, Windclan, Riverclan, Shadowclan, ans Skyclan were at a Gathering. Redstar, the Thunderclan leader, said "Starclan was upset with the clans because of Skyclan. Skyclan refused that it was them. Next Windclan spoke up and said "there are only four trees at Fourtrees and there aren't five so that must mean that Skyclan shouldn't be here". Of course the sky stayed clear. Riverclan was next to speak up and said "Starclan agrees with us so you must leave". Last Shadowclan had their word and said "or we will drive you out". So Skyclan left the clans in search of new territory. Many cats died and the remanders split up as kittypets, loners, and rogues. OMG! This is all wrong as far as i know! First of all Skyclan was drivven out because two-legs were invading there territory! So they left far beond the forest!!
