Yes, Tony Soprano killed his nephew, Christopher Moltisanti, after many twists and turns over the years. Even though Christopher told Tony upon learning that his longtime girlfriend, Adriana, was an FBI informant (she was soon killed on Tony's orders), it seemed that Tony never fully trusted Christopher after that. His murder of Christopher seemed to be caused by a combination of mistrust and disgust over Christopher's many transgressions and mistakes over the years (against Tony, the "family," and others).
