Did Melchizedeck in the Bible leave earth as Enoch and Elisha?
The bible is silent on this point. There is no reason to suppose that he was taken up alive into heaven as Enoch and Elijah were. He is an Old Testament type (or Picture) of Jesus Christ, who was to come, but nothing offered in scripture to suggest a (rapturing) up to heaven alive, as Enoch and Elijah.

(II Kings 2:1)."...and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven." (II Kings 2:11)It's understandable in a world where all the false religions that teach "going to heaven" as their "goal" in life, that they believe Elijah is up in heaven with Jesus and His Father to this very day. But, that's not what the scripture says.It simply says that Elijah was taken up "by a whirlwind" into heaven. But it doesn't say WHICH heaven.The Bible speaks of THREE heavens: 1- within the earth's atmosphere; 2- outer space where the stars are; and 3- the third heaven of God's throne (II Cor.12:2).Jesus Christ, Himself, centuries later, assures us: "...NO MAN HATH ASCENDED UP TO HEAVEN, but He that came down from heaven, even the Son of Man which is in heaven." (John 3:13)He is, of course, speaking about the THIRD HEAVEN of His Father's throne from whence He came. So, ELIJAH AIN'T THERE!Surely, Jesus would know better than any man who is in heaven and who isn't... wouldn't He? Unless, of course, He's a liar.So, Elijah was taken up into either the first or second heaven - within the earth's breathable atmosphere... or the unbreathable vacuum of outer space! Pick one.Every day, people are "taken up into heaven" all around the world in airplanes powered by manmade whirlwinds... and they come back down in some other location.Whirlwinds function within the earth's atmosphere where there are clouds and wind currents... not in outer space. It's only "logical," therefore, that Elijah was taken up into heaven... and set back down someplace else... where he died the death appointed to us all at some later date. Elijah was certainly one of God's "prophets" mentioned in Hebrews 11 (verse 32) who died with the rest of God's "faithful."Even Jesus died the appointed death at the hands of murderous men. But, He is the only one, so far, to be raised immortal from that death. The rest of us await our turn. And those who are Christ's wait in their graves for Jesus' return... like Enoch and Elijah.Neither of them were found... like Moses... whom the Lord buried:"...So Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab (Iraq), according to the Word of the Lord. And He buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day." (Deut.34:5-6)There is even "indication" that Enoch was murdered by "Lamech," the great-great-great grandson of Cain (Gen.4:17-18)... who also killed his great-great-great grandfather Cain. But, that's another story.
