Legendary singer Frank Sinatra recorded over 950 songs during his musical career. Many songs were recorded more than once and he had several number one hits.
Yes He definitely fathered at least one son, Frank Sinatra III (born circa 1978), and supposedly also has a son named, Michael Francis Sinatra (born March 1 1987). I dont know if he has any other children.

14 but the 14th didnt really count it was considered 13 and a silver record
Frank Sinatra Jr. married just once, to wife aka Cynthia McMurrey and Cynthia McMurry born Cynthia White in December 1952 to Clinton White in Wharton, Texas; she is a lawyer who Studied at South Texas College of Law and is today the owner and CEO at Sinatra Law Firm and Lead defense counsel/ ICTY at United Nations War Crimes Tribunal.
Born in Hoboken, New Jersey, on December 12, 1915, Francis Albert Sinatra was of Italian-Sicilian descent. Being a 13.5-pound baby, the doctor forcefully brought him into the world by forceps, causing major damage to one of Sinatra's eardrums (this would later make him exempt from entering the army during WWII). Thinking the baby was dead, the doctor set him aside. Sinatra's grandmother scooped him up and held him under cold running tap water at the sink. The baby gasped, cried, and lived. Frank Sinatra's father, Anthony Martin Sinatra, was a Hoboken fireman, and his mother, Natalie Della "Dolly" Sinatra (neé Gavarante), was a midwife/abortionist and political activist for women's rights. While Sinatra's father was quiet, Dolly overwhelmed her son with love as well as her quick temper. She sang in the Italian bel canto style at family gatherings while her son sang along. Sinatra also sang tunes he heard on the radio; his idol was the crooner Bing Crosby. During high school, Sinatra took his first girlfriend, Nancy Barbato, to see Bing Crosby performing live in New Jersey, an event that greatly inspired him. Nancy believed in her boyfriend's dream to sing.
producing more soldiers!
they had to love there women more then once a day
A man can only marry the same women more then once legally, but he must get divorced from that lady first. We can see this in the case of Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor.
It could be because they were once women and women tend to care more about appearance then men.
While it's well known that some members of Cosa Nostra were very close to Frank Sinatra, and the Godfather's depiction of Vito Corleone getting that singer (his name escapes me at this moment - Johnny Fontane?) out of his contract by giving the record company 'an offer they cant refuse' is based upon Sinatra's own, identical situation being resolved by his Mafia friends, I do not believe that any PUBLIC pictures show Sinatra with Luciano alone. I have seen photos of Sinatra with Carlo Gambino, amongst other mobsters, but never with Lucky in it as well. Sinatra did perform for many Cosa Nostra members in private shows, including for a recently deported Luciano in Havana, but you have to remember that A) most mobsters dont want their photos taken unless they know the guy holding the camera, and B) Sinatra probably didnt want to flaunt the fact that he was heavily associated with mob members, especially considering Lucky's reputation at that time. Once Luciano was deported, including for the show Sinatra was said to do in Havana, your camera would be smashed over your head, with you being beaten within an inch of your death, if you tried to take a picture of Luciano. The last thing he wanted was the government knowing he went to Cuba, instead of staying in Italy, and - aside from John Gotti, what mobster of Lucky's stature do you see in any sort of pictures? I'd love to see one if it exists, but Ive dont research in a lot of different places, and to the best of my knowledge, Luciano & Sinatra dont have one together. See the related link for one with Frank and Carlo Gambino (and other Mafioso):
