When he was a kid he had Dyslexia and Attention Deficit Disorder, of course those words were not in use back then. His parents helped him and got him tutors. It's been a while since I read his biography, but those are the only sorts of disabilities I can think of, and they are also a reason that made him who he was, because he always had to try harder.
I have read through a couple reliable bios on General Patton. The only problem I found he had scholastically was his difficulty with math in the military academy. He was made to repeat another year to improve his math grades. I doubt he had a learning disability.
