Incredible rage toward the Germans when we finally started attacking the death camps(or concentration camps). But after we learned of their crimes, we started taking countless measures into our own hands to prevent this horror from ever happening again, and prevent crimes of hate against our own.

don't know where you got your information but US and allied forces have never been reported to have murdered POW's. Such murders WERE commited by German military forces during WW2 at the many German labor camps. Check your history.....
Did the Holocaust ever travel to Darmstadt Germany?
The Holocaust affected Jews throughout Germany and German-occupied Europe. It didn't need to 'travel'. Instead the German Jews, including those living in Darmstadt, were transported to extermination camps and killing fields in Poland and other parts of Eastern Europe.
