Harry Potter used all three of the deathly hallows during his life.
Harry was given the invisibility cloak in the first book and used it multiple times throughout the series.
He used the resurrection stone when he was walking through the forest to be killed by Lord Voldemort. He dropped the stone and never went back to retrieve it, making it lost forever.
He only used the elder wand to repair his own wand afterwards, it was returned to Dumbledore's tomb and, provided Harry dies a natural death, he will be the last master.
