Hitler only wanted peace after he finished destroying everything he hated. His book 'Mein Kampf' (My Struggle) includes substantial references to his belief that the Slavic peoples of Bohemia, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine (etc.) did not belong in Europe and should be forced into Asia; that Germany had a right to the natural resources of Europe; that the Jews, Gypsies, Blacks, and racially mixed people should be destroyed or forced out of Europe. Given these beliefs, it is hard to imagine that Hitler's plan could have included anything better than a lifetime of war and destruction.
Hitler didn't want France to have a war because he wanted to be the leader of France and want the people their to help him in the army so he lied and told them that he will give all the people who haven't got any jobs some jobs.
Yes and no. Yes, because he was very irritatded at Winston Curchill and what he stood for. No, because he had other plans; he wanted to expand eastwards. Towards Russia.

No, there is no evidence that Hitler attempted to sign a peace with Britain. He did hope for capitulation but that is something entirely different. - I Warner

British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain declared having "Peace in Our Time" after meeting with Hitler and coming to an agreement to maintain peace. Of course Hitler went back on his word.
Opinions vary on this, but one view is Hitler did not want conflict with Britain and, after they entered the war, he was bombing them hoping they would make peace with Germany and withdraw from the war.
