Why did Isaac look at Ellie at the end of dead space 2?
The final scene with Isaac looking over at Ellie, and the manner in which he did it, is an homage to the ending of the first Dead Space game.I won't give away endings here so you'll have to check out the end of Dead Space yourself. ;-)

(government sector, and the sprawl) so it wont make sense if he dies. But who knows the creators can decides to screw the game and story up.
