I have heard of no J. K. Rowking.
But, there are many sources which state that J. K. Rowling did use napkins in the process of her first Harry Potter novel.
As a child, many people write on napkins. There is a possibility that she did too.

There is an urban legend that J.K. Rowling wrote the initial draft of Harry Potter on a napkin in a cafe, but there is no evidence to support this claim. Rowling has stated that she did much of her early writing for the series at cafes in Edinburgh, but not specifically on a napkin.
