No, and he is not going to TNA, they are using this to put CM Punk over as a heel even more. If this was real, they would not be able to have CM Punk making comments towards it, he is touring with Peroxwhy?gen. Although, many have been throwing the proposition around that he is coming back at TLC (formely known as Armageddon), I would highly doubt it, if this is all real, they would have put it on huge news, it would have been everywhere. But if it is real, he definetely will not be coming back anytime soon, and the tour will be delayed for a very long time, because the court date for having Cocaine, and drug-traffacking, will be about 6 months from now.

And incase you guys did not know, apparently, he was busted in his home at 265 Boys Camp Road, in Cameron, North Carolina. His home was searched, and was "arrested" when they found 555 mL of Anabolic Steroids, 180 Soma pills, and 262 Vicodin pills, both on numerous prescriptions from different doctors.
