I do not believe that Jesus had a body before the pre-incarnate period. He was still Spirit.
But there are instances in The Bible where The Lord Jesus Christ made appearances in certain instances. These are called Christophany. One such appearance was in Joshua 5:13-15. Another was in Genesis 18.
In the christian faith it is the symbol of Jesus Christ. Jesus says "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty." He also uses it as a symbol of his body during the last supper.
If you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ he is in your life continually (Jesus is your life). You think, do, act, speak Jesus very day. He is central in your life.
It was and is called 'The Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ'
According to ICorinthians 11:24-25, The Body and Blood of Jesus is celebrated in order for Christians to "remember" Jesus and His Significance to them. He gave His Body as a living sacrifice And, Jesus shed His Life's Blood for the forgiveness of Christians sins( those who have appropriated it to their life)
The idea that Christ was killed by the Romans by nailing Him to a cross is a misconception. Though He suffered much agony, Christ had the power to give up the ghost (Command it to leave His body) thereby leaving his mortal body lifeless. Remember He said "Father it is finished, into Thy hands I commend my spirit" and He gave up the ghost. No one took His life from Him, He gave it up.
Unfortunately all do not have jesus in their lives.
The life of Christ

Jesus Christ is the Son of God and our savior. Because of Him, death is not the end, and life takes on new meaning.
The term "Mormonism" is a misnomer and really should not apply. Members of the LDS church are properly referred to as "Latter Day Saints" not "Mormons" Joseph Smith was the first prophet of the present dispensation of the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ, but it is the Same Gospel that was taught by Jesus Christ when he was on the earth and it is the Same Gospel that was taught to Adam and Eve our first parents. It is the Church of Jesus Christ, established and presided over by Jesus Christ.
