It is recorded in scripture that Christ "cried out" only twice during Crucifixion (Matt 27:46, 50; Mark 15:34). These mark the moments that Christ was forsaken by God, "Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?" that is, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"; and when He gave up His spirit.
Other than that it is said that Christ was silent:
Isaiah 53:7:
He was oppressed, and he was afflicted,
yet he opened not his mouth;
like a lamb that is led to the slaughter,
and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent,
so he opened not his mouth.
It is possible that Jesus cried at his crucifixion. The Bible does not record actual tears, but it does state that he cried out on at least two occasions.

he died in the garden of Gethsemane Answer: Jesus died on the cross , in a place called Golgotha that means The skull. It is a little outside Jerusalem.
If you ask the name of the garden before he was crucified it is Gethsemane.
The garden where Jesus prayed before He was captured is called the Garden of Gethsemane. It is located at the base of the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. It is a significant site for Christians as it is where Jesus grappled with his impending crucifixion and prayed to God.
