There is no explicate statement or corroboration that Jesus drank wine, but there are plenty of positive references about Jesus and Wine and also plenty of negative.

Yes. Wine contains alcohol. The people of the 1st Century A.D. were unaware how to remove the alcohol content of wine - they would of thought this foolish anyway. Instead, they were taught to drink in moderation or become drunk which was wrong. Do you mean 'holy communion'? That is when you remember the last supper that Jesus had with his diciples. You eat bread to remember Jesus' body (he gave his diciples this too) and you also drink wine to remember his blood (although usually it is a wine substitute). Jesus also gave his diciples the wine.
