Yes, Jesus greatly upset the religious rulers of the day who did not appreciate him exposing their hypocrisy and legalism. The messages of Jesus continues to upset people today resulting in the persecution and intolerance levelled against His teachings and followers, even by those who are tolerant of the teachings of other religious leaders.

One could imagine that Jesus upset the Greek woman when he referred to her and her sick daughter as 'dogs', but The Bible says the woman needed Jesus' help so much that she humbly accepted this slur.

He must, of course, have upset the money-changers when he overturned their tables at the Temple. The moneychangers were undertaking a legitimate trade, sanctioned by the Jewish priests and believed necessary for the proper conduct of sacrifices at the Temple. Without provocation, Jesus overturned their tables and the seats of those who sold doves.
