God knew that most of the Jews of that time would not accept Jesus, He didn't choose them to do it or want them to do it, He simply knew that they would.God's perfect plan for us, His children, required that Jesus Christ be crucified to atone for our sins. Because God knows and understands all things perfectly, He knew that sending Jesus to earth at that time to those people would result in the crucifixion. He didn't specifically choose the Jews, nor did He make the Jews do it - He only knew that they would make that choice.
