Does anyone have the lyrics to I Never Knew Love Til I Met Jesus?

yI was going through the motions, just pretending. Taking chances one by one, but never winning. Till I searched for something real, I could believe. When I found the love that changed the heart of me. I never knew love like this, till I met Jesus Never could feel this much till He touched me. All my life I never knew what happiness could be And I didn't know what I missed, cause I never knew love like this. Now forever is a word I'm understanding. Cause my destiny is what He has His hand in. And I know this love can only grow in time. I never let go of this feeling so sublime. I never knew love like this, till I met Jesus Never could feel this much till He touched me. All my life I never knew what happiness could be. And I didn't know what I missed, cause I never knew love like this. I never knew love like this, till I met Jesus Never could feel this much till He touched me. All my life I never knew what happiness could be And I didn't know what I missed, cause I never knew love like this. I never knew love. I never knew love like this. pe your answer here...

In John 13 was Jesus representing the office of deacon?

Jesus was in all ways the complete model of the Church body. As such, he could simultaneously represent the role of Pastor, Elder, and Deacon at any given moment. In John 13, Jesus is first and foremost concerned with equipping his disciples for their role as servants of God among the people of the world. The message of this chapter in John is one of complete, unyielding, unqualified love. Just as God knows the hearts of all His people, Jesus knew the hearts and minds of his disciples, and particularly their shortcomings. In the very midst of that knowledge, he provided the model of love and compassion we typically associate with the role of Deacon. There are xx distinct elements to this that unfold in John 13. 1. Washing of the disciples' feet. During Jesus' time tashing the feet of guests was a sign of respect and hospitality. It was also a job relagated to the "lowliest" of servants. In keeping with Jesus' admonition that the first shall be last and the last first, Jesus demonstrates that even he, God in flesh, is willing to serve - not out of forced obligation, but rather, out of love. (see John 13:17) 2. Betrayal. Jesus knew of Judas' intentions. Yet, he had washed Judas' feet just as he had the other disciples, because of his overwhelming love and compassion. In this example, Jesus was demonstrating love even as he knew the outcome of Judas' actions. More than just sharing warm feelings, the love of Jesus is displayed in an attitude that reveals itself through the direct action we take with others. 3. Denial. When Peter boasts that he will never deny Christ, Jesus lovingly rebukes him, revealing that Peter will deny him three times before the next morning. In our zeal for proving our devotion to God, we sometimes make promises we can't keep. Yet, Jesus once again demonstrates unflinching love even in the knowledge that Peter will fall short. In the end, Jesus is loving, caring, teaching, and leading in every action he takes throughout his ministry. John 13 is no exception.
