According to chapter 7 of Mark's Gospel, Jesus declined to help a woman who sought his help for her daughter, because she was Greek, referring to them as 'dogs'. The gospel account says he only agreed to help when she meekly accepted his description.

It really depends on weather or not you are a religious person. If you are The Bible does NOT state that he ever failed to heal any of his subjects. If you are not and you have read the Bible, then mabey only the good things he done were put in the Bible.

Not directly, but he was unable to heal anyone on a visit back to his hometown of Nazareth "because of their lack of faith".
