Did Jesus walk away from those who would not believe?
No he did not walk away from people who didnt balive him. He prayed to his Father about it.
Would not the resurrection of Jesus be more believable had the stone not been removed and Jesus be gone but since it was rolled away and not replace as thieves would do?
No, it would not be more believable. The Resurrection of Jesus (and Christianity for that matter) is a matter of faith. To the believers, the act of Resurrection is fine just the way it is. To the non-believer, it wouldn't matter what and/or how Jesus rose from the dead, they would still not believe it.

Jesus promised to take away all of our burden from the sin we do. Jesus, in a symbolic way, died on the cross (an imperfect death although he was and is perfect) to take away our sins. If you A- Admit to God you are a sinner B-believe that Jesus is God's son C-confess your faith in Jesus D- do things that glorify god, then you can become a christian and have your burdens lifted.
