Crosby, TEXAS is where the first railroad was ever bulit. Waco, Fort Worth, Dallas, Houston, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, just about every community has something in interest. It depends on the piercing parlor. I live in Fort Worth, Texas. I'm fourteen, and I have my lower lip pierced.. It's on the left. I went to Randy Adams Tattoo Studio. If you ever visited Fort Worth, go there. They are very clean. And if you under 18, then you have to have a parent, picture ID for you and your parent. And birth certificate. Just check on some tattoo parlors in Houston. Call them, ask the lowest age. And DON'T DO IT YOURSELF. cause if you do, you can be seriously injured.
It's possible but I could find no record of it.
