After she finished sewing all of the matching outfits for the children in the Von Trapp household, she took them to Salzburg to explore the city and its environs. Part of the trip included a visit to an outdoor market replete with flowers and produce. As they were loading up their baskets with fruit, she grabbed two tomatoes and jokingly attempted to "juggle" them, throwing them in the air, grabbing them back and then tossing to two of the younger children, Gretl and Marta(?). So, yes, there was a tomato scene in the film, but it could be argued that it wasn't really juggling since there were less than three items in the air.

Yes. Julie Andrews played the main part of Maria in the 1965 film The Sound of Music. The movie is based on a true story and Julie Andrews portrays Maria von Trapp, a young woman who wanted to become a nun, but never did because she fell in love with and married the father, Georg von Trapp, of the children she nannied.
I can't say that I know Julie Andrews' favorite kind of music, but in a few interviews she has said that one of her favorite songs is "My Ship" with music by Kurt Weill and lyrics by Ira Gershwin and has recorded it multiple times. She has also listed "Edelweiss" from The Sound of Music (Rodgers and Hammerstein) as a favorite song. Hope that helps a little.
