Henry 111 was a Plantagenate not a Tudor. He was the son of John, and thus the great- grandson of Geoffrey of Anjou. The first Tudor king was Henry V11, a descendent of Katherine of France (widow of Henry V) and Owen Tudor on his father's side, and of John of Gaunt and his mistress Katheryn Swynford, on his mother's.
How did Henry V11 protect the kingdom from possible enemies
Well 'Tudor' was the family last name, so if you are referring to Henry VII (or Henry VIII for that matter) then yes.
Henry V11 was arguably the best Tudor king and didn't execute his wife. The much married Henry V111 only executed two of his six wives, both for infidelity. In order: Divorced, executed, died, divorced, executed, survived
Henry V11, Henry V111, Bloody Mary, Elizabeth
