Lady Capulet does not die. Lady Montague dies 'from grief' over Romeo being banished. This is from Act 5 scene iii:
MONTAGUE: Alas, my liege, my wife is dead to-night;
Grief of my son's exile hath stopp'd her breath:
What further woe conspires against mine age?
Of a broken heart because Romeo is banished.
She dies of grief because of Romeo's death.
