Louis was born on January 4, 1809.
Louis Braille, the inventor of the braille writing system for the visually impaired, was not married. He dedicated his life to improving the lives of people with visual disabilities through his work on braille.

Louise Braille was never a kid. A kid is a young goat. After a childhood accident he invented a tactile method of recognising the alphabet at around the age of 15. This was subsequently developed into the Braille language we recognise today.
He did not have a favorite color.
There is no indication that Louis Braille was ever married. He died of tuberculosis at 43 and had no children.
Braille, the system of raised dots which is used by blind or visually impaired people to read, was developed by Louise Braille in 1824.
