I suspect so and the film 'The Social Network' suggests so. I live with Aspergers and believe him to be Autistic. However, the creation of 'The Social Network' was not approved or assisted by Zuckerberg, so the movie could be completely wrong. He was, however, a computer programmer and relative outcast before starting Facebook, so it's not impossible.
