No. Of course not.
There are only two major references to Mary Magdalene having a child with Jesus. These are 'The Da Vinci Code' - a work of fiction by Dan Brown (and not particularly good fiction at that). The second is a book called 'Holy Blood and Holy Grail' - a book written on a 'what if?' basis which, again, was poorly researched and panned by critics. Of the Da Vinci Code, Booker prize winner Salman Rushdie claimed during a lecture, "Do not start me on 'The Da Vinci Code,' A novel so bad that it gives bad novels a bad name."
However, because they were controversial potboilers, they received much hype in the press despite their amazingly poor quality.
Biblically, historically, archaeologically and when one considers the sources of eyewitnesses to Christ and their own followers, in the large amount of corroborating sources (e.g., by Irenaeus, Polycarp, and many others) that are outside scripture, in the no-canonical gospels, and when one considers the testimonies of Bible scholars, textual critics, historians and so on, there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever - not a shred nor an inkling, that Jesus had a relationship with Mary, far less that a child came out of it.
There are those, of course, who believe Dan Brown above all these eminent citations. But these people are most probably the same ones who believe that the Apollo landings were hoaxes, that the tooth fairy exists, and that Elvis is alive and well and working in Walmart.
Prior to The da Vinci Code, no, not really.
