Yes, I can. Titanium dioxide is a white pigment, and the wax will be whitish. Probably a yellowish tinge will remain, however, unless I use a lot of the pigment. for a small amount of impurity can darken a white material. If I were speaking of a red wax candle, however, the yellowish tinge would not be apparent together with a red pigment. A little yellow does not change a red colour
