Pelosi happens to be a Democrat, but is not a member of the Presidents administration. Obama's administration consists of appointed officials- secretary of state, attorney general, etc etc. Members of a presidents Administration are APPOINTED. Pelosi is an elected official and has nothing to do with the executive branch other than being a member of the same political party...
