Yes she did. Although, she is spencers serogatemother, she had caused many problems in the Hastings family. When both the Hastings parents made a deal with Olivia to have Spencer, she was always very sketchy about it. She was always demanding money and items from them. When finally, she gave Spencer over to both the parents, the Hastings cut off all communication. since she gave birth to her, Olivia has been looking for ways to talk to Spencer and she finally got her chance when Spencer went online for an answer. Spencer being fed up with her family, she asked Olivia to move in with her. Olivia didn't have a straight answer and told Spencer that it was too early. Olivia showed Spencer the apartment that her and here fiancée were moving in to. Although Spencer did not know it, Olivia did not live there at all. When Olivia left to her fake honeymoon in a helicopter she conviently left behind a bunch of papers and a file. Spencer wanted to connect more with her mother seized the chance. She called her mpthes agent and bought an apartment near her birthmothers apartment in New York. What she didn't know was this was all a plot for money.
