Yes
After signing his first solo career record deal he came in to meet some of the people who worked there. His plan was to release the doves into the air to get people to notice him, but when no one noticed, he changed his plans. He grabbed one dove, bit its head off, then spit the head out. Then with blood still dripping from his lips a security guard came to remove him and on the way out he bit the head off of another dove.
Yeah
I don't think Ozzy bites the head off of bats any more. I heard that that was just a myth that it was really a dove. His wife used the dove to soften his image, but then he bite the dove's head off.
No. He's bitten the head off of a dove and a bat, but not a rat.
Yes. He was either high or drunk, and he did bite its head off!
Ozzy osborne
He bit heads off of Fake bats, but once he bit the head off of a real bat.
Several things. Being the lead singer of the 70's and 80's band Black Sabbath, biting the head off a bat, biting the head off a dove, biting the head off another dove, and so many other crazy things.

its at the picket concert now do you guys believe me cuz if you dont well
Ozzy-but he thought it was fake until he did it. Someone threw it on the stage.
If you mean bat, then yes.Yes he did, at one of his concerts in Des Moines, Iowa. Accidentally. At certain shows Ozzy would throw raw meat at the crowd before the band started playing. Every now and again the fans would throw stuff back. They would throw raw meat and rubber animals. One fan threw a live bat on stage. The bat, stunned by the stage lights, did not move a muscle. Ozzy, thinking it was a rubber bat, bit the head off. After this he was promptly rushed to the hospital and was given multiple shots to prevent rabies. He also bit the head of a dove off during a CBS meeting, but this wasn't on accident. He bit the head off of the dove to induce a sort of shock factor, because he was getting angry with the managers and producers. He was also very intoxicated and/or under the influence at the time, as he explains in his recent autobiography; 'I AM OZZY'. Many critics believe that this helped to spark popularity when he began his solo career.
No. However, I can see where you got the idea from... A chicken was thrown on stage in an Alice Cooper gig. Being a city boy, he thought it could fly so he threw it into the air. It landed in the front rows of the crowd, who promptly tore it apart. Ozzy Osbourne bit the heads off both a dove and a bat.
