Yes, General Beauregard was in fact married twice. His first wife was Marie Laure Villere' and they had three children, Rene', Henri, and Laure. Marie died giving birth to Laure.

In1860 after ten years a widower, Beauregard married Caroline Deslonde but they did not have children.

The heirs are represented to be Rene T. and Henry Beauregard, the former of St. Bernard Parish and the latter of St. Louis, and a minor granddaughter, child of a daughter Laura, now deceased.
