Only Voyager 2 flew by Neptune.
Voyager 1, Pioneer and Galileo did not.
the first space craft to go any where near Neptune was Voyager 2 on August 25, 1989
Voyager 2 discovered that Neptune has a dynamic atmosphere with large storms, such as the Great Dark Spot and the Scooter. The spacecraft also found that Neptune has a system of rings and moons, including Triton, which is the largest moon and orbits in a retrograde direction.
Justin Bieber explored Neptune with Ariel, the mermaid. Then, they went to go see a movie together, and soon, Ariel's mom came to hate Justin Bieber and killed him. Poor JB! Dx
Mankind has not yet gone to Neptune nor a satellite. There are only satellites around the Earth, Moon, Venus, Mars, We have sent an unmanned probe to Neptune (Voyager 2), but it did not go into orbit. It just flew by and took some pictures. It would have taken far too much energy to slow the probe down enough to get it to actually go into orbit.
Voyager 1 reached Jupiter in 1979, and made its closest approach to the planet on March 5, 1979.

No. You can't even go to Neptune. It's too far away. If you could get to Neptune, you would be crushed by Neptune's internal pressure long before you reached the core.
The average temperature of Neptune is 73 K (-200 Celsius), so if it existed any water made up of H2O would be frozen absolutely solid."According to data gathered from here on Earth and the Voyager spacecraft, Neptune is probably too dry and too warm for these oceans to form".[SUPERVISOR, WHERE DO THESE LINKS GO ON THESE TERRIBLE Re-VAMPED PAGES?]Read more: http://www.universetoday.com/736/are-there-oceans-on-neptune/#ixzz2bvYhbgtm[Read more: http://www.universetoday.com/21669/temperature-of-neptune/#ixzz2bvWMM3qq]
