Did Quantum Leap use the word conundrum as their secret code word or was it another similar show?
It wasn't Quantum Leap, it was Seven Days.

A quantum leap . In physics, a quantum leap or jump is the change of an electron from one energy state to another within an atom. It is discontinuous; electrons jump from o…ne energy level to another instantaneously, with no intervening or intermediary condition. The phenomenon contradicts classical theories, which expect energy levels to be continuous. Quantum leaps are the sole cause of the emission of electromagnetic radiation, including light, which occurs in the form of quantized units called photons .. Ironically, when laymen use the term colloquially, they use it to describe large jumps in progress, when in reality a quantum leap is a very small change of state.
There were 95 episodes of Quantum Leap broadcast between 1989 and 1993.

Dr. Sam Beckett is himself in the final episode on the very day hewas born. He is in a bar in Pennsylvania where he sees a bunch ofguys who all look like somebody he had met d…uring his leaps. Al in thefuture is unable to track down where Sam is after discovering noone was in the waiting room. Sam tells Al the bartender about thetime Al the hologram wanted him to stop his first wife from gettingremarried and he refused to because it was against the rules tochange history for personal reasons. The bartender tells Sam he cancome home anytime he wants to- but he should continue doing theresponsibilities he has been given ever since he started leapingthrough time. Sam is given a choice and chooses to go to when Al'sfirst wife was missing him during the time he was at a POW camp inVietnam. He tells her he is alive and coming home- the last leaphas the screen go black and shows three messages saying whathappened as a result. The first one says she never remarried. Thesecond one says she and Al have four daughters and will have beenmarried for 39 years. The third one says Dr. Sam Beckett neverreturned home. Sad music is played showing a picture of Sam and Alstanding by eachother.
This is something that is really open to your own interpretation. Throughout the series, no, God does not appear, nor is He openly represented. However, in the final episode, …Dr. Beckett meets the character of the bartender named Al. This character provided Dr. Beckett with some unique insights and advice. Through these conversations, this character implies that he is God, Fate, Time, or at least some representation of those things that has influence over the leaps. However, it is never directly stated in the episode that this character is, without a question, God.

No. A conundrum is a riddle or puzzle, especially a complex one. A more specific use of the word is "a riddle that is answered by a pun." The term "malaprop" or "malapropis…m" is applied to words that are used out of context because they sound like other words (e.g. a sneak in the grass) .
