Yes indeed! She was the (Royal) of the R.S.P.C.A. which was founded before its American Counterpart. She had a Pomeranian with her in her last moments, see the Question on Victorias"s pets. Also she WA smuch concerned with horses as this was in the heyday of draft animals. when the R.S.P.C.A. was founded the emphasis was primarily on service animals(Horses, Mules, etc) and only indrieclty on Pets. much the same was true when the A.S.P.C.A. was founded in l866. Ther was also an Imperial Russian (probaboy a quasi-Govt. agency like so much in Russia) SPCA and this grupd had official and membership badges. they had some oversight ove purchasing agents for Draft animlas used by the Army, for example. But Victoria was indeed an animal Lover of the Royal class!
no if she was it would be king Victoria
Queen Victoria's mother was born on the 21st of July 1000 and died on 22nd April 1822 at 4:00PM.
Albert Francis Charles Augustus Emmanuel, who after his marriage to Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, on February 10, 1840, came to be known as Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, and subsequently as His Royal Highness the Prince Consort, was born on August 26, 1819, in Schloss Rosenau, near Coburg, Bavaria, Germany. He was the second son of Ernest III, the Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. Albert's aunt, Victoria Maria Louisa of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, had married the Duke of Kent, Prince Edward Augustus, who was the 4th son of King George III of the United Kingdom; and the future Queen Victoria was the only product of this marriage. Thus Albert and Queen Victoria were closely related, being first cousins. Both Albert and Victoria were born in the same year 1819, but Victoria was elder to Albert by about three months, being born on May 24, 1819.

Yes, ants do have a leader. The queen ant is the leader of all the ants. However, there are ants of a higher rank that tell the lower rank ants what the queen wants. It is sort of like being in the army.
