Yes. In fact, many rivers, lakes, ships, etc, have been named by her, like Sacagawea Peak in Wallowa County Oregon, Gallatin County, Montana, and Custer County, Idaho.

Their are also a few US Ships named by her, like the USS Sacagawea.
