He feels betrayed by Konoha and wishes to restore honor to his clan by killing everyone who ever associated with it, mainly Konoha, that means he wants to kill everyone in Konoha, including Sakura. He's been burying all of his happy memories and relying on the darkness in his heart, as of now he doesn't care about anyone from konoha anymore (hopefully Naruto can change that in later chapters!). That, and Sakura did try to kill him first (half heartedly)... That doesn't help with the whole him feeling betrayed thing.
