the Egyptians used to bury their kings with like water,weaponry,cloths,gold,a few personal belongings,grains and sometimes a few soldiers .the Egyptians believed that there was an afterlife after death so they buried these things as they thought that the king may need them. scorpions, beetles,Spiders,rats&snakes would have some how gained entry in the pyramid as it was cool inside and would have bread in the pyramid forming a micro ecosystem.that can be one reason why you find these animals in a pyramid.and maby the pharaoh was buried with beetles as the Egyptians might have thought that he might need them for protection
