You probably mean the only two American presidents to be sons of preceding presidents: John Quincy Adams, the 6th President of United States, son of John Adams, the 2nd President and George W. Bush, the 46th President, son of George W. H. Bush, the 41st President. Though when their fathers were presidents, both John Q. Adams and George W. Bush were already adults, so they weren't "in the White House as kids".
Certainly - he had a boy and a girl and a wife. They were all very much in evidence when he in the White House.
When President Kennedy entered the White House, Caroline was 3 years old and John Jr. was 2 months old. In 1963, Kennedy had a third child, Patrick, who passed away shortly after birth.
