Then she and the rest of her family was sent to Auschwitz. On 30 October 1944 she and Margot (were put on the last transport from Auschwitz to Bergen-Belsen (near Hanover), where they died of typhus. (Her parents were left at Auschwitz, where her mother died on 6 Janaury 1945, and her father was liberated).
