Yes actually, most did. Hitler and his high command just thought blue eyes and blonde hair were the "purest" of German tribes. These blonde haired blue eyed Germans were known as Aryans. It was thought that those with these genes would be superior, make the best troops etc. Most people of Germanic decent (including Hitler HIMSELF!) had brown eyes and brown hair. Hope this helped.
