Jupiters is a gas planet so there is no chance of landing on it. Several probes have been sent to Jupiter though, including Galileo which orbited it for a while and launched a probe into the planet (which was eventually destroyed). The Galileo vehicle eventually suffered the same fate.
No because if a mission would land there you would instantly die because it is a gas planet.
No. Jupiter does not have a solid surface. There is nothing to land on.
The Galileo spacecraft was launched to Jupiter to study it and its moons, and reached it on December 7th 1995. It orbited Jupiter and took measurements of its moon via flybys till September 21, 2003. It did not land anywhere, it orbited Jupiter for the entire time, until it was decommissioned and flew into Jupiter, where it was destroyed.
the Kennedy space center shuttle mission of october, 18 1989. lasted 6 years.
You cant land on Jupiter, it has no solid surface on which to land.
Jupiter
yes
Jupiter has 63 known moons to date, but, Yes it would be possible to land a probe on any of these.
Only earth based astronomers at the moment. It is highly unlikely that any manned mission will go to Jupiter in the foreseeable future.
You can`t land on Jupiter. Jupiter,Satern,Uranus, and Neptune are all gas planets. Gas planets are planets that dont have land, the whole planet is filled with gas and liquids.
No. Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune do not have any solid land.
It is currently impossible to land on Jupiter due to its lack of a solid surface to land on. Jupiter is a gas giant composed mainly of hydrogen and helium, with no solid ground. Any spacecraft attempting to land on Jupiter would simply sink into its atmosphere.
