Prisons usually don't have fancy names, but are named for the area or for a famous person. One Russian prison is just called Siberian Prison Camp 17! However, other real prisons in Russia include Vladimir Central and Black Dolphin Prison. You could pick any name you wanted, really, because you're the author. I'd stick to something realistic, though, like the aforementioned area and/or famous person. You could call it Stalin Prison Camp 21 or something...
