Lost remote for a AIWA TV and unplugged but will not turn back on?
I had an Aiwa TV and for some reason they put what I'd a two-stage swith on it. By this I mean that the button on the television may be pushed in, so as to be in the on position, but then in order for the set to actually turn on the remote power button had to be pressed. So, if you have a similar TV to the one I had, which was a basic CRT set, then you'll need to find the remote or get a new one.
