Well if u mean Colony as in workers no. Some snuck onto the boats with the passengers, some killed themselves with their guns. Their were atleast one worker on each boat to lead the passengers away from the boat and get them to the Carpathia. Out of all of the ships only one worker came back to see if anymore passengers were alive. Many of the workers did die but not all.
