Meaning a disease, yes? It's quite unlikely that even a single species went extinct due entirely to contagion, since every population has resistent individuals. "Dinosaurs" were many genera of creatures, each with its own characteristics. A plague could have taken SOME dinosaurs, but not the whole lot. No way.
