Supposedly The Oviraptor ate eggs, they have found remains of these near what they thought were triceratops eggs in Mongolia and china so its possible they did, no is quite sure they did or didnt eat other dino eggs

We're not certain but Velociraptors were, among other things, carnivores and carrion eaters. It is speculated that anything they could slash and tear apart was on the menu, so they probably did eat eggs.

Any carnivorous dinosaur would have eaten another dinosaur's eggs if it found them and could break the shell. However, some large dinosaur eggs would have been hard to break, similar to ostrich eggs today, and the smallest carnivores probably couldn't break their thick shells.

Yes, dinosaurs all hatched from eggs laid by the females. However, we can not tell if any species were ovoviviparous like some modern reptiles.
