Yes; in Old Grey Hare (1944), an elderly Elmer (in the far-off year of 2000 A.D.) shoots Bugs with an Atomic Rifle. Also, in The Unruly Hare (1945), he shoots Bugs in the back. He still doesn't win, of course...
(And to answer the previous answer: Wile E. Coyote did once catch the Road Runner, in Soup Or Sonic (1980, part of the Bugs Bunny's Bustin' Out All Over TV special). Of course, he's shrunk to the size of a matchstick, so he holds up the following two signs:
